Itinerary

The day before the ride arrival at the stable around 8 pm with welcome dinner.

The trails will be amongst the forests of Adršpašsko-teplických rocks and Jestřebích mountains in the scenery of beautiful lakes and rivers.

Everyday a new trail is chosen. The distance covered per day is around 35km and min 5 hours in the saddle.

The pace of the ride is adjusted to the riders’ skills and wishes but for sure there is an opportunity for fast gallops.

Important information

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

  • Travel insurance including horse riding during whole trip
  • Accomodation
  • Half-board
  • Bonfire in the evenings
  • Sauna in the evening upon request

THE PRICE EXCLUDES:

  • Transport costs
  • Alcoholic drinks or cold beverages in the evening (can be provided at extra cost)
  • Lunches during the horse tours

The region of Adršpašsko-teplických rocks and Jestřebích mountains provides an excellent opportunity for trekking or bicycle riding so if your family members are non-riders but you would like to spend family holiday together bring them with you.

The Western style of horse riding differs a bit from classic horse riding, but even though  you have never tried it before, you will get used to it quicker than you think.

DATES
The provided dates of the horse expeditions can be changed due to unfavourable weather conditions or any circumstances occurred regardless of  Gallop Travel. The alternative dates will be then scheduled or money refund will be guaranteed.

If you cannot adjust your time timetable to our dates but you have friends who ride with you, we can organize tailor-made expedition for your team (min 3 riders). Please contact us.

Required equipment

Rider’s Equipment

  • sachet
  • breeches (at least 2 pairs) and jodhpurs
  • fine socks
  • chaps, gloves, optionally equestrian vest
  • light or dry-fit T-shirt (easy to be washed)
  • water and windproof jacket with a hood (i.e. softshell)
  • helmet
  • pocket flask
  • mobile phone (if necessary)

  • sunscreen cream (min. SPF 30), lip balm
  • secret pocket

Luggage Content

  • rucksack or travel bag (60 l) (as a main luggage)
  • small rucksack (20-30 l) (as a handbag, used for sightseeing/shopping)
  • warm fleece (100 lub 200), blouse or shirt (depending on the season)
  • long trousers
  • t-shirts with short and long sleeves
  • underwear, swimsuit, quick-dry lightweight towel
  • leggings and T-shirt for yoga
  • sport mules, shoes/trainers
  • headlamp, batteries
  • charger, powerbank (solar), camera
  • personal hygienic accessories, wet wipes, dry shampoo, hairbrush
  • mosquito repellent
  • penknife

  • small washing liquid and rope with clips
  • passport/ID card and money + passport/ID card xerox copy of the photo and data page sent to the hello@galloptravel.com.pl before the expedition

Horses Horses

There can be no other breed than Quarter, Appaloosa and Paint horses that one will meet in American style stable. The breeds can be distinguished by very resilient and friendly nature with great potential for speedy maneuvers required in western riding.

Horses Equestrian skills

On the first day every participant is being asked about their riding experience to be able to allocate the right horse to the right person. This expedition can be also for riders even with the basic experience ca. 2 hours in the saddle but for eager riders 4 – hour ride through hills and various woodlands can be recommended.

Horses English-speaking guide

The horse treks are guided by experienced and knowledgeable stable owners who make sure the riders are safe and comfortable during the entire ride.

Horses Accomodation

Time travel concerns every aspect of this horse tour. Depending on your expectations and preferences you can stay in few cabins, tower and American Indian Mandan lodge house. In summer time you can also camp at the Indian teepee. You can use the style bathroom with hot water or reserve the sauna. There is a dry toilet.

Horses Local cuisine

For the participants’ convenience every camp is being furnished with kitchen and  the old stylish appliances such as the oven and there is also outdoor grill for evening feasts.
